Stage 1
Macro fundamentals (global and domestic) and the sentiment indicators define the primary direction of the trade, i.e. buy or sell decision. This remains the primary criterion and if the stock does not fit into it then the trade is dropped.
Stage 2
Corporate fundamentals define the movement of the stocks, currencies, commodities, bonds etc. A number of quantitative and qualitative criterion and their unique combinations are used to understand this movement. Economic data from across the world is fed into this simulation model to cover all bases.
Stage 3
Historical price movement, momentum indicators & other technical and projection tools are used to forecast the achievable price target together with the maximum time horizon over which the target could be achieved.
